[Hello again, Luceti. Rosa has woken up... in the town proper this time. on the outskirts. Hopefully no one steps on her, that would suck. Once she's sat up, realizing where she is... she sighs. She remembers all too well of this place.

So. Journal in hand? Check. Time to broadcast.]

My return here is not any more comfortable than the last times I was here, and it seems as if the Malnosso have made up their mind now. [Sigh. Rosa goes quiet, stops the broadcast, and is now on the move to retrieve her things.]

[Rydia can't help but smile at that. She nods, never able to hide how she feels even if she wants to...and she doesn't, especially right now.]

It's been really good, lately. Do you remember that amusement park that was here before, a long time ago? Well, it returned...and Kain proposed to me then. We eloped days later, during the first day of the draft.

[And she'll move her hand away from the ring she's toying with, so Rosa can see.]

[...WHAT. Face is going :O right now. Hold please.]

This is wonderful news! [HUG TIME.]

Thank you, Rosa! If only we'd known you were coming, we would have waited for you.

You might have to have a wedding proper, though I'm not sure how much Kain would like the idea of that. [pffft not at all, most likely.]

[She chuckles at that.]

You should have seen his expression when Cecil brought up the idea. I can't say I blame him; I wasn't that interested in something big and fancy...or waiting. All that really matters is having those we love best with us.

I can only imagine... [Have an imitation of what Kain's face probably was.] But I agree, though I'm a little sad I didn't get to see. I'm glad you two have found happiness amid the depressing tone here, though.

[Rydia laughs at that imitation as they enter the clothing store.]

That's pretty close, yes!

[Her expression softens.]

Thank you, Rosa. Hearing you say that means a lot to me.

That sounds like Kain, yes. Mm, but I think any sort of happiness here is a blessing. I think when you have someone you love here, it makes the weight of what's happening lessen. We'll all carry that weight as well, especially if we stay together.

[And she goes to her things and returns as quickly as she went to get them.]

Now for my bow and we can go to rest.

[She can't help but nod in full agreement with Rosa's words, ready to head next door.]

You're right, of course. I don't think I could have done nearly as well without Kain and you and the others. It means a lot, even as I wish we were all free.

...but there are some other good things here, at least. We should focus on those, too. We'll have to take you to the beach soon.

We all support each other. I can say the same for you and our friends here. I know inevitably that others I knew here before have probably come and gone as well, and while I am saddened by that I know it's better for them. I look forward to the beach though! It sounds like fun.

[She nods encouragingly.]

Good...and I can't say I've kept track of absolutely everyone, but if there are certain people you want to know about, I can at least try to find out. Not everyone has left.

Only two spring to mind immediately: Ted and Keiichi.

[She sighs.]

Ted...left a while ago. We still keep the watch stations running, but I'm not sure when he'll return.

Keiichi? Who was that again?

I figured as much. If he had said nothing, I figured he would not still be here, though he was a lucky one who got to escape.

Ah... Keiichi was a young man I befriended when he appeared here some time ago. The last time I was brought back he asked if I was ok.

Hm...they might be here? I admit I don't keep track of absolutely everyone, so the name is only vaguely familiar to me. But I'll ask around.

I would like that. He was very sweet. [weapons store! Give Rosa a moment to grab her things and she'll return.] Shall we?

[She nods in approval. Now Rosa looks like herself again.]

Do we want to walk there or would you rather I cast Warp this time?

A Warp might be easier.

[Rydia nods and casts Warp, taking them to the living room of the new house. It's smaller than the previous one, but she's taken care to have it be comfortable and homey.]

And here we are! Cecil, Kain and I are upstairs, and Eiko has her bedroom on the first floor. Fusoya...well, I'll see about getting another bedroom made for him. It wouldn't be the first time we made an addition to the house.

It's smaller than the original, but... I like it. It's comfortable. I have a feeling I'll be taking the upstairs as well.

The original...was too big, after a while. I didn't like the thought of all those empty rooms.

[Rydia glances away for a moment, then shrugs off that pained thought with a smile.]

No matter. It's all in the past now.

We'll have a home to build on to, that's all. It's nice and cozy, and I'm sure we'll have enough rooms at some point.
