[Watching the snowfall is making Rosa think about a lot of things, mainly her home. She is curious, however, about a few things involving Luceti as a whole.]

If our fate is to never leave this place, but to inhabit it after all of the tribulations we've endured as of yet, would it please you or upset you? Would you rather return to your home world, or stay here in a new home?

[A pause, she has to think of this one herself.] Considering no time at all had elapsed when I returned home, I... I'm not sure how I would feel about it at all. Though, if we were to die here, from old age or otherwise, perhaps we would return to where we left off?

[Maybe that wouldn't be so bad, but she's leaving that unsaid.]

If our fate was that then no one would return to their worlds at all, not even temporary.

That said, as long as I have a choice in the matter I'm not leaving. Not until the Malnosso are gone and people from other worlds stop being dragged here against their wills. I can't wish to return to Earth unless I'm sure that none of my friends or anyone else, no matter which world they are from, will be trapped in this world again. By the Malnosso or by whatever it is that drags us here.

If reaching that confirmation takes me a whole lifetime or more, so be it. The world I left is one of happiness, my battles are over, so all I'll return to will be a bright and happy future. It's not a bad idea, of course, but it's one that can wait.

If that's the truth for you, then you have a purpose to be here, from the sound of it. To stop the Malnosso. They'll have to stop at some point. Perhaps it will be you who helps to stop them?

I'm not really sure if I'll be able to do that. I'll try but I've no special powers nor I'm super strong or anything like that. But I think that at very least I can help those who can do it somehow.

I'm not even sure the Malnosso are really the ones who bring us to this world, if they are and getting to them fixes it all the better. But if not I'll keep staying here to find out the truth and stop whatever it is. Or at least change the way it happens.

Keiichi, you sound very noble in your convictions. Perhaps you were not someone random to bring here?

We all are treated the same, as guinea pigs, so I don't think anyone brought here is "someone random". At least into the enclosure, we still don't know if there are others out there that could fill for that. Anyway I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that, and there are people who don't have anything to return to, I bet they would like to stay a bit longer if given the option even if they would eventually return.
